Meyer ‘Improved’
Commercial variety. Hardy & Productive. Ideal for the Backyard and great in large containers. Trims well. More compact growth than Eureka. The fruit is medium sized, smooth skinned & very juicy. Holds well on the tree. Semi-dwarf trees 12-15 feet tall. Fruit has few seeds & bears year-round.
Pink Lemonade
Sport of Eureka with green & white leaves & green stripes on young fruit. Everbearing with light pink flesh that colors well without high heat. Handsome landscape tree. Available as semi-dwarf.
Limes
Bearss Seedless
Highly productive, requires less heat to ripen the fruit. Less thorns than Mexican Lime plus attractive, dense, dark green foliage. The small dark-green fruit turns to a pale yellow at full maturity. Thin, smooth skin. True acid lime flavor. Also known as Persian Lime. Semi-dwarf trees usually top-out at 8 foot. Bears Aug. to May. Seedless.
Mexican / Key Lime
Also referred to as ‘Bartenders Lime’. Can be grown in large containers. Frost tender. This variety can be thorny, but worth the effort. The fruit is juicy, small, and round with a green rind at maturity. Semi-dwarf tree to 8-10 feet tall. Only a few seeds & bears year-round. Party On!
